| (Percutaneous Vertebroplasty)PVP is a minimally invasive spine surgery technology,it’s the purpose of the percutaneous pedicle or pedicle outgoing vertebral body bone cement injection to increase the vertebral strength and stability, prevent collapse, relieve pain, and even restore vertebral body height. In the regular operation, when the Balloon inflation device is used to inject contrast agent into the balloon to expand it and the Spiral Bone Cement Injection System is used to inject bone cement, it is needed to be monitored in the X ray for 3-5 minutes or over. The harm to operators resulted from the radiation becomes an unignorable element of the promotion of this technology. In order to reduce the harm of radiation to operators, we have designed an assiatant device which we can operate behind the protective glass. And it can be used with the dial pressurizer or spinning pusher as one set to inject contrast agent into the balloon or to inject bone cement into the cone, so as to avoid the radiation of X ray to the doctors and protect the health of the operator.In PVP, safety mainly depends on the doctor surgery puncture position is accurate, whether leak when bone cement injection, and the causes for the leakage of bone cement appeared, usually because of cement injection status has not yet to toothpaste period (not enough viscous), followed by surgery doctor operation, to reduce the number of X ray radiation, no real-time monitoring of bone cement distribution form, when arrived in vertebral body bone cement wall or by the vertebral venous plexus enhancement, failed to stop the injections.Remote control injection of propulsion system we developed is to replace the doctor’s hands push note, can let the doctor in the in the whole process of the injection can be real-time monitoring, so as to reduce the risk of bone cement leakage.The article designed a new type of active electric medical equipment developed according to the clinical demand. The system is composed of the injection parts and remote control. Inject executable by motor control, power system, the numerical status display, pressure measurement and wireless communication module; Remote control part by numerical status display, keyboard input, the encoder input, battery power supply module, wireless communication module, data analysis module, anomaly detection modules, etc.The system perform injection part adopts AVR microprocessor as the core processor of Atmel company, Remote control part adopts MSP430 of TI company as the core processor, developed by MODICOM companies MODBUS as agreement, MODBUS protocol has two kinds of mode, RTU (Remote Terminal UINT) method and the way of ASC II.MODBUS communication participants regulations as "Lord" (MASTER) and "standing" (SLAVE).Master station can send to multiple from station communication requests, up to 247 from the station.From each station has its own address number.Use master controller communication-from technology, namely only master device can begin to transfer (query). |
