INS, IGFBP- 7, GLO-1 Expression In Endometrial Cancerpatients Serum And Its Clinical Significance

Such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity is a risk of endometrial cancer risk factors, is the common pathological basis of insulin resistance and secondary high blood insulin and glucose metabolism disorders. Insulin, Insulin and INS) and its highly affinity insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7(Insulin- like growth factor binding protein, IGFBP- 7) the interaction of induced \ "Insulin resistance\" phenomenon, at the same time, through the regulation of cell metabolism, growth can induce the occurrence of tumor cell development. Bought ELISA kits from Elab biological technology co., LTD., by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) to detect serum INS, IGFBP- 7, GLO-1 expression level. Results1. Serum INS, IGFBP- 7, GLO- 1 expressed in endometrial carcinoma group were significantly higher than that of atypical endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial atypical hyperplasia group was significantly higher than that of endometrial polyps group and normal endometrium.2. Serum INS, IGFBP- 7, GLO- 1 in the group of endometrial polyps and normal endometrium expression differences without statistical significance.3. Serum INS and IGFBP- 7 in endometrial carcinoma is closely relative to the expression level, serum IGFBP- 7 with GLO- 1 is closely relative to the expression level, INS expression levels were positively correlated with GLO- 1.4. Age, obesity index to influence the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. Age, obesity index is higher, the greater the risk of endometrial cancer. ConclusionINS, IFFBP- 7, GLO- 1 is higher relative factors of endometrial carcinoma. Detection IGFBP- 7, GLO- 1 level in serum, combined with patient age and obesity index can be used to assess the risk of endometrial cancer, which is conducive to early prevention.
