Objective: To study the correlation of tumor Marker CEA, NSE and Pro GRP in serum and the expression of Syn, CD56, Cg A and Ki-67 by immunohistochemistry in diagnosis of smal1 cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods: The electrochemical luminescence technology and chemical luminescence technology were used to detect the concentration of CEA, NSE and Pro GRP in serum of 48 SCLC patients. The expression of Syn, CD56, Cg A and Ki-67 were detected by Max Vision immunohistochemical method. The data was analyzed by χ2 test, Nonparametric test and spearman correlations test.Results:1 The positive expression rate of Syn, CD56 and Cg A by immunohistochemistry were higher than CEA in serum of SCLC. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in positive expression rate of Syn, CD56 and Cg A by immunohistochemistry, compared to NSE, Pro GRP in serum.2 There was a negative relationship between the proliferation of Ki-67 and the concentration of serum tumor marker CEA, NSE, Pro GRP. The value of r were-0.445,-0.065 and-0.130, respectively. The value of P were <0.001, 0.001, <0.001, respectively. There were statistical significance(P<0.05).3 There was no significant difference in immunohistochemistry Index between and the limited stage and extensive stage. The concentration of serum tumor marker CEA、NSE、Pro GRP in extensive stage were higher than that in the limited stage. The value of Z were-5.760,-10.833,-12.076. P<0.001,P<0.05. the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1 NSE and Pro GRP were better than CEA in diagnosis of SCLC, however, there was no obvious advantage of the positive rate of NSE and Pro GRP in serum compared to the positive expression rate of Syn、CD56、Cg A by immunohistochemistry method.2 There was a negative correlation between the proliferation of Ki-67 in SCLC and the concentration of serum tumor marker CEA、NSE、Pro GRP.3 The concentration of serum tumor marker CEA、NSE、Pro GRP in extensive stage of SCLC were higher than that in the limited stage.
