Objective:To investigate the expression and the clinical diagnosis value of ProGRP,Neuron specific enolase(NSE)and Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in small cell lung cancer. Methods:A total of 50 cases of newly diagnosed small cell lung cancer(SCLC),64 cases of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and 40 cases of benign lung diseases were collected from January 2016 to December 2017 in Jilin University. The levels of serum ProGRP,NSE and CEA were measured by electrochemiluminescence(ECLIA).The value of 3 kinds of tumor markers in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer was compared and analyzed.Results:1.Small cell lung cancer,non-small cell lung cancer and lung benign disease group,in turn, the serum levels of ProGRP contrast, small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer group ProGRP levels are higher than lung benign disease group, the difference has statistical value(p < 0.05).The level of ProGRP in small cell lung cancer group was higher than that of non-small cell lung cancer group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The NSE levels in the three groups were compared successively, and the NSE level of the small cell lung cancer group was higher than that of the lung benign disease group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The NSE level of small cell lung cancer group was higher than that of non-small cell lung cancer group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Non-small cell lung cancer group of NSE levels compared with lung benign disease group, the difference is not statistically value(p > 0.05).2.Serum CEA levels increased significantly during adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The serum CEA level of adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The level of ProGRP of small cell lung cancer was higher than that of the bureau, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).It is suggested that ProGRP can be used as a staging basis for small cell lung cancer.Stage small cell lung cancer widely NSE levels and bureau level differences within a time limit and not statistically(p > 0.05).4.After the first cycle of chemotherapy, compared with that before chemotherapy ProGRP statistical value,NSE concentration changes, the second cycle of chemotherapy compared with before treatment, after Pro GRP and NSE concentration changes were statistically value, after the second cycle of chemotherapy, compared with that after the first cycle of chemotherapy only ProGRP concentration changes have value. Conclusion:Serum Pro GRP,NSE and CEA levels can be used to identify benign and malignant lung tumors.Pro GRP has a high diagnostic significance for staging ?histological typing of primary lung cancer.ProGRP is superior to NSE in the diagnosis of SCLC,while NSE is better than CEA and ProGRP is more accurate than NSE when monitoring chemotherapy effect of small cell lung cancer.Serum CEA levels were significantly higher in lung adenocarcinoma(P <0.05).
