Objective:To investigate the two-dimensional ultrasound (two-dimensional ultrasound,2D-US), color Doppler flow imaging (color doppler flow imaging, CDFI) and ultrasound elastography (ultrasonic elastography, UE) predict axillary lymph nodes (axillary lymph node, ALN) the clinical value of the transfer.Methods:December 2012-January 2015 145 cases of women with breast cancer, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Gastrointestinal Surgery glands treated ipsilateral 145 ALN make 2D-US, CDFI and UE checks,145 ALN were pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. 2D-US record ALN size, shape, internal echo, CDFI for ALN blood typing, UE for ALN elastic score. With lymph node 2D-US, CDFI, UE sonographic features build Logistic regression model, the value of ALN metastasis of breast ultrasound prediction studies and comparative analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of breast ultrasound indicators ALN metastasis.Results:ALN pathological diagnosis as the dependent variable, lymph node 2D-US, CDFI, UE various parameters as independent variables, to create a single lymph node Logistic regression model showed L/S<2.00、morphological type Ⅱ, Ⅲ morphological type, blood type Ⅲ, elasticity score is 4 points risk factors predict lymph node metastasis, the Logistics regression coefficient (Logistic regression coefficient, (3) are> 0, the odds ratio (Odds ratio, OR) were> 1. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of lymph node blood type III elastic score 4 points are at high risk of lymph node metastasis, and its (3 were 1.498,2.536, OR 4.474,12.633 respectively. With ALN ultrasound indicators: L/S<2.00、morphological (Ⅱ type, Ⅲ type), blood type Ⅲ, elasticity score≥3 into cutoffs and joint multivariate analysis of high-risk indicators (blood type III +elasticity score 4 points) diagnosis of breast cancer Accuracy ALN metastasis were 69.66%,79.31%,70.34%,82.07%,85.52%. Elasticity score≥3 points ALN metastasis diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was higher than the individual indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The accuracy of the joint high-risk predictor ALN metastasis were higher than the rest of the ultrasound indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:lymph blood type Ⅲ, ultrasound elasticity score four points is an important risk factor for breast cancer ALN metastasis elasticity score≥3 points ALN metastasis diagnostic accuracy were higher than 2D-US and CDFI detection, UE is ALN metastasis of breast cancer clinical value of the new method, ultrasonic analysis of multiple factors can improve the preoperative ALN metastasis of breast cancer risk prediction accuracy.
