Objective To observe the expression of quiescin sulfhydl oxidase-1 (QSOX1) by analyzing the new cases at high-incidence of PLC,to analysis the reationship of QSOX1 with clinical pathological features, to explore the joint detection value with AFP to the early warning and diagnosis of PLC.Methods Serum samples were collected from individuals classified as high-risk for (including patients with liver cirrhosis 30cases and hepatitis B 30caes)and development of PLC 30cases was recorded.Healthy individuals 30cases served as normal control.At the same time,from the Guangxi tumor hospital specimen of other tumor 30cases. PLC in preoperative and postoperative do self-reflection.The quantitative detection of QSOXl were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results 1.The concentration of QSOX1 in PLC was significantly higher than that in liver cirrhosis,hepatitis B and normal group;2.The concentration of QSOX1 in postoperative group is lower than that in preoperative group;3.The expression of QSOX1 is associated with the tumor diameter.4.Draw the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,the sensitivity and specificity of QSOX1 were 70%,74.55%;when two indicators combined,the sensitivity and specificity were 83.33% and 70%.5. The positive rate of QSOX1 expression in liver cancer group was obviously higher than that of AFP (p< 0.05). And QSOX1 expression in AFP negative liver cancer samples was 68.75%, the QSOX1 expression in liver cancer group has no correlation with AFP expression level.Conclusion 1.The expression level of QSOX1 was significantly increases in the carcinogenic process of PLC, consistent with previous mass spectrometry results, prompted that the expression of serum QSOX1 has certain value to the diagnosis of liver cancer.2. The concentration of QSOX1 in postoperative group is lower than that in preoperative group, provides the basis for the follow-up study of QSOX1 might as a prognosis indicators in liver cancer of postoperative observation.3.The expression of QSOX1 is associated with the tumor diameter.4.The joint diagnosis of QSOX1 and AFP can improve the sensitivity and specific degree of PLC, prompt QSOX1 detection especially QSOX1 joint AFP for the early warning and diagnosis has a good reference value.5. The positive rate of QSOX1 expression in liver cancer group was obviously higher than that of AFP (p< 0.05). And QSOX1 expression in AFP negative liver cancer samples was 68.75%, the QSOX1 expression in liver cancer group has no correlation with AFP expression level.
