Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of flap-removed, flap-reserved LASEK in the treatment of myopia with thin cornea. Valuate the two surgical methods in LASEK.Method For October 2013 to April 2014 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,22 cases (44) spherical equivalent degree -2.25-8.00D of myopia were randomly assigned to be left to flap LASEK surgery and valve LASEK surgery treatment, follow-up and record after six months uncorrected visual acuity, corneal irritation, corneal epithelial healing time, the occurrence of eye refractive indices, such changes and complications, the data were compared..Result ① uncorrected visual acuity:After March uncorrected visual acuity of 1.0 or more:to flap group 25 (100.00%), leaving the valve group 18 (100.00%) did not differ (P>0.05) groups.② corneal irritation:In all 22 cases (44) patients, according to postoperative pain score rating, will go to the valve group and valve group stay between the two groups, the row rank sum test, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).③ corneal epithelial healing time:two corneal epithelial healing time ≤6 days to valve group 25, leaving valve group 17, the line between the two groups rank sum test to compare, Z=-2.268, P= 0.023<0.05, there is statistically significant, it was found to remain relatively flap LASEK LASEK flap of corneal epithelial healing time is short. More than six days were a total of four, three of which went to flap group (12.5%), leaving a flap group (5.56%). Two groups, P=0.453> 0.05, no significant difference.④ postoperative refractive status:January postoperative uncorrected visual acuity less than 1.0 cases of optometry. Found that the number of cases of refractive error total 5. The residue from -0.25 to +0.25 diopters, overcorrection degree+ 0.5 to+0.25, astigmatism 0.50D. To flap group had four cases (16.00%), leaving the valve group 1 case (5.26%). No statistically significant difference (P>0.05).⑤ postoperative complications:Haze occurred Total 7, to flap group, 4 patients (16.00%), leaving the valve group, three cases (15.78%), were 0.5, two Haze was no significant difference in the incidence of (P>0.05).Conclusion The security and predictability of Flap-off LASEK was consistent with that of flap-on LASEK. Reserving the epithelial plap can shorten the epithelial healing time.
