Clinical Study Of The Ginger Moxibustion In Treating Yang Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:This paper aims to use ginger spreading moxibustion in the treatment of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type of knee osteoarthritis, in Du meridian, bladder after first siding and knee acupoint ginger shop moxibustion therapy, and set up the control group do clinical observation and comparison, reveal ginger therapeutic effects of Moxibustion in the treatment of Yang Deficiency and cold coagulation type of knee osteoarthritis shop, for clinical screening the best therapeutic scheme to provide reliable basis.Methods: According to the order of admission, 60 patients with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group using drugs with the treatment of moxibustion, in Du(Mingmen ~ Yaoyangguan), bladder after the first lateral line(Shenshu to Dachangshu) acupoint, knee point area(Yin Valley, commission, the committee Yang) moxibustion, once every other day, three times a week, Saturday and Sunday, 15 times as a course of treatment, rest a week to a course of treatment. Control group were treated with oral glucosamine sulfate potassium capsule of knee joint cavity injection of glass acid sodium injection, glucosamine sulfate potassium capsules, each 0.25g(1 tablet), 3 times a day, half an hour after meals taking,5 weeks for 1 courses, after a week to rest 1 courses. Sodium hyaluronate injection, once 2ml, 1 times a week, 5 weeks for 1 courses, after a week to rest 1 courses. A total of 2 courses, after the end of the treatment, the efficacy of the treatment results were evaluated, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1) The total efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.(2) In the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral compared with statistical significance(P<0.05). The results showed that the two groups of treatment can improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment between the two groups of TCM syndrome integral compared with statistical significance(P<0.05). The results showed that in the treatment group than the control group.(3) In the two groups before and after treatment the WOMAC score of knee joint function compared with statistical significance(P<0.05), results showed that the two groups of treatment methods can improve the WOMAC knee function score. After treatment between the two groups WOMAC knee function score compared with statistical significance(P<0.05). The results showed that in the treatment group than the control group.(4) After the end of the first course of treatment, TCM symptom score and WOMAC knee joint function score compared the control group mean scores were lower than those of the treatment group that the western medicine in the treatment of control group fast acting, is better than the treatment group. But after the end of the second course of treatment, treatment group, the average score below the controls, indicating that with treatment time prolonged ginger shop moxibustion in the treatment of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type of osteoarthritis of the advantage gradually emerged, the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(5) The observation period and the end of the treatment, two groups of patients are not dizziness headache, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain diarrhea, skin irritation and other adverse reactions and adverse reactions.
