Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)by Youguiyin Plus Subtraction And Intraarticular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate

Objective: The clinical observation on the treatment of early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis(Spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)by adding and subtracting Yougui Yin and sodium hyaluronate into the joint cavity.Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Yougui Yin combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(Spleen and kidney yang deficiency type).Methods: The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,2017.1-2017.12 Sixty cases of ward and outpatients were all conservative treatment of knee osteoarthritis.They were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases.The treatment group Drink with oral sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,the control group was sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection.Before and after treatment and follow-up of patients with knee symptoms and functional improvement,statistical,research,analysis.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment of sex,age,course of disease,etc.After statistical test,P> 0.05,no significant difference;2.The two groups of patients after treatment and six months after treatment,joint pain and joint symptoms Activities were better than before treatment,there was a significant difference(P <0.01 or P <0.05),indicating that the two methods can treat knee osteoarthritis,but Youguiyin combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection of significant therapeutic effect Superior to sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection,the treatment effect has more clinical significance;3.After treatment and half a year after treatment,the treatment group patients with knee pain symptoms and joint function was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion: The treatment effect of right Gui Yin plus or minus hyaluronate injection on patients with knee osteoarthritis(Spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)was obvious,the symptoms of joint pain were obviously alleviated,the function of joint movement was improved,and there was no obvious adverse reaction,so it was economical and economical.Safe and effective,easy to be accepted by patients,worthy of clinical application.
