Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous transplantation of hard palate mucosa repair of eyelid defects, a comprehensive evaluation of its feasibility and effectiveness.Methods:In August 2013 to August 2014 in guangxi medical university eye admitted patients,8 cases of eyelid defect of autologous hard palate mucosa grafts to replace the meibomian and conjunctiva, eyelids after reconstruction, postoperative follow-up of patients with the function of the stents in the case of a change, eyelid appearance and shape function.Results:The cases were followed up for 1~12 months, all patients with autologous all hard palate mucosa grafts survived, fall off, there was no infection, necrosis, shift and adhesion, eyelids look and shape functions have different degrees of improvement.Conclusion:Autologous transplantation can repair the eyelid defect with hard palate mucosa, eyelid reconstruction, improve eyelid appearance, and has a protective effect on the eye, theoperation has high value in clinical application.
