| In the modern society, the increase of awareness in medical knowledge and the importance of the health needs due to the rapid development of the Country. The increase in the level of people’s living standards, lead to the raise of medical and health service needs. After "The Central Committee, The State Council recommendations of a high level of revolution in medical and health system" and "The strategies in development of health promotion" published, medical industry in China is reforming to a marketing focused industry. This revolution allows medical officers work for multiple organizations; which includes public and private settings. The main feature of this revolution is to bring the private organizations to the same level as the public hospitals in terms of medical insurance policies and allowance for the population.We could predict that after implementation of this policy, it would be more competitive in medical industry; however it is our responsibility to try our very best to keep our staff feel secure and satisfied in public hospitals. The main issue we could be facing under this new revolution is how to attract more talented medical officers or experts in their specialty field to join our organization in the future.This essay is a research study that analyses the reflections of the psychological changes of the medical team members, in terms of the support from the society and the outlook of their career. This research study suggested that it would be more beneficial for both our staff and the organization to build a "health career committee". The purpose of this committee is to create a more supportive environment and varieties of training opportunities to our medical team members to assist them to further advance their career.The "health career committee" could also provide mental support and psychology consultation for our staff members. This service could have the advantages of encouraging, rewarding and supporting all staff members to work as an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, to contribute to provide high quality standard health care services. Unity, encouraging all staff members to work proudly together as a team, to promote our medical team culture and ethics. Reinforce our responsibilities plays an important role in ensuring the high quality standard of health care for the community as a public hospital.This essay reflects a result of a combination of the research study and interview key members. We believe this study is innovative in terms of analysis of psychological aspects of the medical team members as well as considering a trend in developing of a human resource and management team in an organization. This essay mentioned a research study which targeted a random hospital in Guangzhou reflects a need in developing a higher standard of human resource in management team. This essay provides some constructive ideas for our organization; however the study also shows valuable suggestions could be adopted for other organizations as well. |
