Anaphylactoid purpura is an allergic disease and a syndrome of inflammation of bloodvessel.which mainly affected capillary Traditional Chinese medicine had get at this diseaselong ago and had accumulataded a wealth of experiences.This research summarized theanaphylactoid purpuradata which comes from 50 inpatients.The summary includes two parts:documentary summary and clinical research. The documentary summary introduced differentviews on the names of the disease and on the interpretations of the cause.It takes the processof historical changes and development of the disease as the key link and take the differentviews on the interpretations as the details. It also introduced the different names of the diseasesuch as Faban,Bandu,Putaoyi,Jiniu,Xueyi,Zidianfeng,Ziban,etc.The second part of thedocumentary summary expounded the research improves of the modern TCM about theanaphylactoid purpura.Next, the documentary summary introduced the treatment experienceswhich come from the famous pediatrics specialist including Liubichen,Lisuqing,Wang-lie,Wangshouchuang,Dingying.Apart from the above,it discussed the treatment of basicmedical prescription and the latest advances of TCM and modern medicine. In the part of clinical research,50 inpatients data was been collected and straightened outso that the data can be tabulated and be researched conveniently.Next,the inpatients' informa-tions was been written down.The needed informations include name,sex,age,address,periodsof one's hospitalization,the season of one's illness,the cause of disease,the type of discrimi-nation and diagnosis,laboratory examination,whether hormone was been used,and treatmentresult.Through the research,conclusion was been made as follows: 1 The sex proportion is 1.94:1 during the 50 researched inpatients suffered from anaphy-lactoid purpura.There are 35 cases which age are between 7and 14,amounted to 70 percent .The illness seasen are mainly focused on the winter and spring.Upper respiratory infection isa msinly cause of the disease. 2 From the district distributaion,30 cases are distributed in Ku an cheng ,Hebei Provice.Other 20cases are around Beijing district. 3 Among the 50 inpatients,40 cases are the type of damp-heat syndrome,and 23 cases arethe type of damp-heat syndrome among the 25 HSPN cases. 4 To HSP inpatients of the type of damp-heat syndrome,its course of disease and periodtime of hospitalization are longer than that of the non-damp-heat syndrome HSP inpatients.And to the HSPN inpatients, its course of disease and period time of hospitalization are longerthan that of the two other types of the inpatients. 5 SanHuangSiWu Decoction and WuCao Decoction are very effective to the treatment ofdamp-heat syndrome HSP and HSPN.The result also shows that there are no remarkableaffecttion whether the hormone was been used or not in the course of treatment of damp-heatHSPN. 6 The method of promoting blood circulation applied to every stage and every type ofHSP inpatients treatment from the beginning to the end.
