The Identification Study About 31 Kinds Of Traditional Chinese Medicines’ Micro-Macroscopically

[Objective] This study tries to observe and research the micro- macroscopically characters of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines using traditional Chinese medicine’s micro- macroscopically identification method,. and to sum up its micro macroscopical identification characters. In order to explore the feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine’s micro- macroscopically identification method for Chinese herbal medicine identification, provide a theoretical basis for the research of traditional Chinese medicine’s micro- macroscopically identification method.And to provide experimental basis and rules for the popularization and application of traditional Chinese medicine’s micro- macroscopically identification method in the grassroots level detection mechanism and rapid test work of traditional Chinese medicine.[Method] This study using an ordinary biological microscope, a micro computer, an image processing software, and other equipment to observe photograph and identify 17 selected confusable taxa commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs and other 14 kinds of commonly used Chinese herbal medicine with traditional Chinese medicine’s micromacroscopically identification method, summarize their micro-morphological identification characteristics.[Results] Obtained the photos of the selected commonly used traditional Chinese medicines’ micro characters,found the micro- macroscopically identification characters, and made text description of micro- macroscopically characters of a variety of herbs,and preliminarily master the main points of the identification.[Conclusion] The vast majority of traditional Chinese medicines have obvious features of the micro- macroscopically identification,it can distinguish them. The instrument of this identification method is simple,the cost is low, the operation is easy,the technical requirements and the difficulty is low, and the speed is quick, the experimental results is intuitive.This method can be used as a common medicine identification procedures in the grass-roots popularity.it also provides a feasible scheme for the Chinese medicine’s rapid test.traditional Chinese medicine’s micro- macroscopically identification method can be widely used and effective, and has high application value.
