Objectives:HRV is fluctuations between successive sinus cardiacycle. It shows wide range of application in the many systemic disease. Heart rhythm directly affected by the dual regulation of sympathetic nerve system and vagus nerve and they mutual restraint. And increased sympathetic activity is one kind of important mechanism of pathogenesis of hypertension. There are some data known that s-ignif icant disfunction of cardiac autonomic nervous in essential hypertension people. We can find that there are not enough literature investigations about the relationship of TCM deficiency and excessive sybdrone of hypertension and HRV. Currently, there are more and more attention to that the HRV has the i-nfluence on the early stage of severe cardiovascular disease. Therefore, this research project aims to find the correlation between HRV and TCM clinical classificati-tion of hypertension, Guiding principles of TCM syndrome diff-erentiation and treatment of hypertension intervention and preliminary ap-plication of TCM treatment on heart rate variability in initial exploration, as well as hypertension with TCM differentiation-related objective indica-tion. Guiding principles of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentia-tion and treatment of hypertensive disease intervention. Methods:Cases collected between 2014.5—2014.12 from Guangdong provincial hospit-al of TCM 200 hypertensive patients. The patients are chosen obey the Guidance Principle Of Clinical Study On New Drug Of TCM, clinical study and literature. Each of them accepted AECG examation to get indicator such as SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD、TF, LF, HF, LF/HF, which used to statistical analysis.Result:The results showed that the patients with hypertension of deficiency syndrome and excessive syndrome of TCM had not statistically significant differences in distinguishing between the sexes、ages、different grades and risk stratification of hypertension and indicators of HRV. The HBP Level 1 and 2 exists statistical difference in the index TF、LF (P<0.05). In the people combined Hyperlipidemia, statistically significant difference between group of def iency and excess in LF/HF existed (P<0.05). With BMI index abnormal crowd, statistically differences are found between group of excess and defiency--excess complication in SDANN(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the result, it points out that along with the progression of hypertension to a certain extents, the function of SNA rise, which may be early sign of automotic nervous Disorder. Merge variety of cardiavascular risk f-actors, it more likely that sympathetic activity in the Liver-Yang Hyperactivi-ty and The Phlegm Too Much of the excess among patients combined hyperlipidem-ia; among the patients who merge high BMI index, group Excess are more likely case sympathetic activity, which the caused factrors need further reasech.
