Objective:Neutropenia is refers to the number of peripheral blood neutrophils absolute value decrease, a group of syndrome of infection is one of the most common causes of the induced neutropenia. Against infectious neutropenia, western medicine is mainly aimed at pathogeny cure, anti-infection drugs used at the same time white blood cell, but the current clinical use many of the anti-infection drugs have granulocytopenia side effects, therefore how infectious neutropenia in anti-infection treatment at the same time, it is difficult to ascend neutrophils. This study aims to use sang ju Yin for infectious neutropenia wind heat type of children, observe its clinical curative effect, for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide a new thought and method.Method:This experiment for prospective experiment, collect into standard infectious neutropenia wind heat type of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All children according to their age and weight shall be corresponding dose of inosine tablets and vitamin B6 tablets, the treatment group on the basis of this to be sang ju Yin is given priority to add and subtract oral medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicines, the control group only inosine tablets and vitamin B6 tablets, a course of 3 days, to observe the improvement of the two groups of clinical symptoms and laboratory examination index, assess sang ju Yin for pediatric infectious., neutropenia wind heat type of clinical curative effect. All data using SPSS 18, measurement data using t test, counting data using rank and inspection, inspection by P value is less than 0.05 will be considered statistically significant differences in the two groups of data, and the P value is greater than 0.05 is considered the inspection there was no statistically significant difference of the two sets of data.Results:1. Case comparability According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a total of treated infectious neutropenia children with wind heat type 60 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. The two groups of children’s gender, age, age section before and treatment of TCM syndrome integral, leukocyte count, neutrophil count, by t test, P values were greater than 0.05, the two groups before treatment in gender, age, age section before and treatment of TCM syndrome integral, the differences of leukocyte count, neutrophil count is not statistically significant. Selected cases conform to the requirements of the experimental plan and statistical analysis, comparable.2. Gender, age distribution characteristics Men in the 60 cases of 41 cases, 19 cases, male to female ratio is 2.16:1, the youngest is ten months, the biggest 13 years of age, the average age at about 7 years old. Two groups of children’s age distribution in infants, young children, preschool children and school-age children, the treatment group infants 1 case (3.33%),6 cases of children (20%) in preschool children 6 cases (20%), school-age children 17 cases (56.67%), the control group infants in 2 cases (6.67%),4 cases (13.33%) children, pre-school children 8 cases (26.67%), school-age children in 16 cases (53.33%).3. Analyzing the upper respiratory tract infection disease 9 cases (15%), dengue fever,22 cases (36.66%),15 cases (25%), pneumonia, bronchitis,13 cases (21.67%), the infectious mononucleosis in 1 case (1.67%).4. Analysis of etiology Dengue virus in 16 cases,12 cases mycoplasma, 2 cases of flu, adenovirus in 2 cases, dengue merger mycoplasma 6 cases, mycoplasma merger flu in 2 cases, EB virus infection 1 case,19 cases unknown pathogens. Clear virus infection in 21 cases (35%), mycoplasma infection,12 cases (20%),8 cases of mycoplasma merger virus infection (13%).5. The two groups after treatment of neutrophil counts after treatment, the treatment group neutrophil count by (0.93+0.26) x/L up to 10 (1.49+ 0.68) x 10/L, the control group by (0.93+0.30) x/L up to 10 (1.07+0.40) x 10/L. By t test, the treatment group before and after treatment the neutrophil count difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the control group there was no statistically significant difference the neutrophilic granulocyte count before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Difference before and after the treatment, the treatment-before the treatment, the treatment group (0.56+0.68) x 10/L, the control group (0.14+0.51) x 10/L, the difference between the two groups after t test, P< 0.05, the difference of the neutrophilic granulocyte count in the two groups before and after treatment with statistical significance. Treatment group after treatment,12 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,8 no effect, the effective rate was 73.3%, control group 5 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases,18 cases ineffective, the effective rate was 40%, the rank and inspection, P< 0.05, the curative effect of two groups of neutrophils in the difference is statistically significant.6. The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome after treatment, treatment group by TCM syndrome integral (25.13+6.16) points ease to (8.60-5.97) and the control group by (25.67+5.68) points ease to (12.69+ 5.54), the t test, before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral both P< 0.05, the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral difference had statistical significance. TCM syndrome integral difference before and after the treatment, that is, before, after treatment, the treatment group was 16.53+/-7.10 points, the control group plus or minus 6.23 points, 13.07 the difference between the two groups after t test, P< 0.05, the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral differential difference is statistically significant. Treatment group healed 6 cases,12 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate 93.3%, control group recovered 0 cases,8 cases were markedly effective, effective 18 cases,4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 86.7%. The rank and inspection, P<0.05, the curative effect of two groups of syndromes of difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:1. Infectious neutropenia all can come on men and women, with men is relatively rare. 2. Secondary infectious disease is diversiform, the basis of neutropenia including bronchial pneumonia, bronchitis, acute upper respiratory tract infection, dengue fever and infectious mononucleosis, etc. 3. To induce infectious pathogens of neutropenia are diverse, among them with the virus and mycoplasma is relatively rare.4. Sang ju Yin for infectious neutropenia wind heat type of children can not only effectively improve neutrophils, conducive to the recovery of the neutrophil count, and can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, promoting the recovery of the disease.
