Objective:In this study the wind cough in vitriol anti virus and anti inflammation of the nose,wind cough for anti rhino-virus,anti-inflammatory and recrudescence effects from the experimental data;in clinical trials,by observing the wind cough for the treatment of rhino-virus infection leads to the improvement of clinical symptom,patients with upper respiratory tract infection symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine integral,the effective rate of the treatment,the wind cough objective evaluation for clinical treatment of nasal viral upper respiratory tract infection is safe and effective,and the results were analyzed and the technology,and ultimately provide the basis for Chinese medicine treatment of rhino-virus infection of upper respiratory tract.Methods:1.Experimental different doses of early inflammation inhibition.3.clinical study of wind cough sideTake clinical trial design randomized,positive control,subjects in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 respiratory outpatient and emergency department patients diagnosed in 120 cases of rhino-virus infection of the upper respiratory tract of patients,were randomly divided into experimental group(wind cough group)and control group(Ribaldry Effervescent Granules group),each group of patients were 60 cases.The treatment group was treated with wind cough with disease(composed of Ephesus exudation of Evans blue from the blood vessels;high dose(23g crude drug/kg)can significantly reduce the mice ear swelling,inhibit the ear swelling rate of 38.4%.Therefore,the reagent has an obvious inhibitory effect on early acute inflammation.The clinical study found that patients with the wind cough Decoration in the treatment of rhino-virus infection of the upper respiratory tract before and after treatment clinical symptoms showed that the experimental group(wind cough group)the clinical curative effect of patients with the total effective rate was 88.3%;the control group(Leigh Behave improvement of TCM syndrome integral,the TCM syndrome score of wind cough group was significantly improved than that of the control group,and the wind cough group could reduce the body temperature of the experimental group more quickly and effectively.Conclusion:The wind cough of human sadomasochism cell lesions caused by inhibition of rhino-virus,and treatment of rhino-virus infection of upper respiratory tract disease,the symptoms and the total efficiency was significantly better than the Leigh B have Lin group,the two comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05);in the two anti swelling experiment,show the wind cough granule high dose(23 g crude drug/kg)can significantly reduce the capillary permeability of mice and significantly reduce the mice ear swelling,visible,the reagent has an obvious inhibitory effect on early acute inflammation.The clinical research also shows that the wind cough groups in improving TCM syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms,symptoms,fever are significantly better than the Ribaldry Granules group.
