Clinical Evaluation Of Tongdutionshen Acupuncture Treatment For Poststroke Anxiety Disordes

Objective: To observe the curative effect and security observation of poststroke anxiety disorders treated with tongdutiaoshen acupuncture,to provide a basis for therapy in clinical.Methods: According to the random number table,60 cases of patients with anxiety disorder after stroke were randomly divided into tongdutiaoshen group(treatment group)and medicine group(control group),30 cases in each group.All patients were symptomatic treatment of neurology and conventional acupuncture and dialectical addition and subtraction,then according to the different groups were treated with acupuncture and medicine.patients in acupuncture group were treated with Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture,every time the treatment lasts for 40 minutes,the lines of Needless during the once a day,six times a week,four weeks of a course of treatment.while western medicine group were treated with Flupentixol and melitracen tablets(Deanxit) orally,One tablet daily, in the morning meal served, a total of 4 weeks.Then to count the scores and adverse reactions of HAMA、SAS、BI before and after treatment,at last compare the curative effect and security discrepancy within the group and between groups.Results: 1.compared acupuncture group and the western medicine group before and after completion of therapy,there were significant effects on somatic anxiety symptoms, anxiety and mental aspects of daily living(P<0.01).2.compared the two groups before and after completion of therapy,There were no significant difference on somatic anxiety symptoms, anxiety and mental aspects of daily living(P>0.05).3.compared security between the two groups,Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture group had better effect in security than western medicine group.Conclusion: 1.Both acupuncture group and the western medicine group can provide satisfactory effect outcome of post-stroke anxiety disorders,and there was no significant difference in effects between them. 2.Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture treatment had more advantages in improving physical symptoms and security than the western medicine group.
