| Object:To observe the clinical effect of cluster needling of scalp acupuncture on the post stroke anxiety, and to provide a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of anxiety after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with anxiety after stroke were enrolled, randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases, and the control group of 30 cases.Rehabilitation of stroke were performed in all the patients in the two groups after acupuncture treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation training, while giving all patients with standardized oral paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.The control group was treated with the treatment of depression in the textbook of acupuncture and moxibustion, and the treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture and scalp acupuncture.The advantage of the treatment group in the treatment of patients with first, second and fourth weeks of use Hamilton anxiety rating table (HAM A), Zung anxiety self rating scale (SAS) in the assessment of stroke after the anxiety of curative effect, the onset time and the score of HAMA score in two factor statistics is also evaluated. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.Patients in the two groups after treatment all scale scores were significantly improved(P<0.05); 2.The drug control group total effective rate was 83.33%, acupuncture combined with group, the total effective rate was 90.00%, statistical results showed acupuncture combined with drug group, the total effective rate was higher in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); 3.The other two groups, self-care ability were significantly improved by combination of acupuncture and medicine group in patients with anxiety and life (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Scalp Acupuncture Treatment for patients with cerebral apoplexy anxiety and effective; 2.Head acupuncture points after treatment of cerebral apoplexy anxiety is better than the control group of treatment. |
