| Objective:To observe the Bushencujing Soup with the acupuncture and moxibustion in treating of premature ovarian failure of deficiency of spleen and kidney,and to explore the therapy’s influence on related serum hormones,Bushencujing Soup with the acupuncture and moxibustion of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), serum estradiol(E2) and its feasible mechanism.Method:Select 60 patients of premature ovarian failure of deficiency of spleen and kidney from out-patients,divided traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) treatment group and the western medicine group, and each group contains 30 patients, TCM treatment group taking the Bushencujing Soup with the acupuncture and moxibustion while the comparison group taking Climen, continuous treatment of three months,and continuous observation after drug withdrawal for three months.Each patient pump blood to check the value of serum FSH, LH, E2 before treatment and after drug withdrawal for three months.Record the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,and the changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) 、luteinizing hormone(LH)、estradiol(E2).Results:1.The curative effect comparison of two groups:The total effective rate of the TCM treatment group is 83.33%, and the markedly effective rate is 43.33%,which of the western medicine group is 80.00%,and the markedly effective rate is 36.67%.There are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups of both the total effective rate and the markedly effective rate.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes clinical of the TCM treatment group is 86.67%,and the markedly effective rate is 46.67 %.The total effective rate of the western medicine group is 80.00%,and the markedly effective rate is 36.67%.There are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups of boththe total effective rate and the markedly effective rate.2.The comparison of TCM symptom and primary symptom integral values of two groups between pretherapy and post-treatment : The TCM syndrome integral values are decreaser after treatment of three months than pretherapy of both two groups.And there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01)between two periods of both two groups,and the TCM treatment group is better than the western medicine group,there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01) between them.The TCM syndrome integral values recovered in a certain degree after drug withdrawal for three months.But there are significant differences of the western medicine group(P<0.05), however,there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)of the TCM treatment group compared with the treatment for three months.The TCM syndrome integral values of the TCM treatment group is better than the western medicine group after drug withdrawal for three months,and there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01)between them.The TCM syndrome integral values are decreaser after drug withdrawal for three months than pretherapy both two groups,and there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01) between them of two groups.The TCM syndrome integral values of lumbosacral pain and lassitude limbs are lower after treatment of three months than pretherapy of both two groups.And there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01) between pretherapy and post-treatment.The curative effect is quite in improving the symptom of lumbosacral pain and lassitude limbs between two groups after treatment of three months,and there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between them.The TCM syndrome integral values of lumbosacral pain and lassitude limbs recovered in a certain degree after drug withdrawal for three months.But there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)of the TCM treatment group,however,there are significant difference of the western medicine group compared with the treatment for three mouths( P<0.05).There are significant difference in improving the symptom oflumbosacral pain and lassitude limbs between two groups after drug withdrawal for three months.3.The comparison of two groups of two-way temperature between pretherapy and post-treatment:The occurrence rate of two-way temperature during the period of the medicine of the TCM treatment group is 42.22%,and it is 38.89% during drug withdrawal for three months.The ovulation rate of the period of drug withdrawal for three months is lower than the period of the medicine,but there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between them.The occurrence rate of two-way temperature of the western medicine group is 36.67% during the period of drug withdrawal for three months. There are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups during drug withdrawal for three months.4.The comparison of two groups of endocrine hormone between pretherapy and post-treatment:After drug withdrawal for three months,the values of serum FSH of both two groups are significantly reduced compared with pretherapy,there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01);but there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups; Compared with pretherapy,the value of serum LH of the two groups significantly reduced after drug withdrawal for three months, there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01);but there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups;. Compared with pretherapy,the value of serum E2 of the two groups significantly reduced after drug withdrawal for three months,there are significant differences by the statistical analysis(P<0.01);but there are not significant differences by the statistical analysis(P>0.05)between two groups.Conclusion:The Bushencujing Soup with the acupuncture and moxibustion have good effects on premature ovarian failure of deficiency of spleen and kidney, It canimprove the TCM syndrome obviously, adjust the patients’ level of serum,making the FSH and LH level decline, E2 level rise.Its mechanism maybe promote ovarian function, reconstruct the regulation response between ovarian and pituitary, adjust the level of serum endocrine hormone to improve the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis ovarian function, the endocrine system tends to a steady state to a good clinical treatment effect. |
