Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Heat-sensitive Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure With Liver Stagnation And Kidney Deficiency

Objectives:In this study,the effects of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on menstruation,serum hormone levels and clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure were observed to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian failure,and to broaden the thinking for the clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure in the future.Methods:50 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure who met the inclusion and diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly controlled.The 50 cases were divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases each.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion,while the control group was treated with oral clingmeng.The treatment duration of the two groups was 3 months.The changes in menstrual status,serum hormone levels and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.00%,and that of the control group was 76.00%.After statistical treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating that both of them had a good effect on patients with premature ovarian failure,and the overall effect was similar.2.Menstruation situation points: Intra-group and inter-group comparison after treatment showed that both groups could improve the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color and menstrual quality score of patients with premature ovarian failure.But in improving the menstrual cycle,the control group was more effective;The curative effect was better in the treatment group.The curative effect of the two groups was similar in color and quality.3.Serum hormone levels: After treatment,the comparison between the two groups and the groups showed that the control group can improve the levels of FSH,FSH/LH and E2 in patients with premature ovarian failure;the treatment group can improve the levels of FSH and E2 in patients with premature ovarian failure,However,the improvement of the FSH/LH level is not obvious.In the improvement of FSH and FSH/LH,the control group was more effective;in the case of E2,the treatment group was more effective.4.TCM clinical symptom score: after treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that both groups could improve the scores of dizziness,tinnitus,soreness of waist and knee,hot flashes and sweating,insomnia,dryness of vagina,heel pain and dry stool in patients with premature ovarian failure.However,the treatment group had better efficacy in improving the pain of waist,knee and heel.In terms of dizziness,tinnitus,hot flashes and sweating,insomnia,multiple dreams,vaginal dryness and dry stools,the two groups had similar overall efficacy.Conclusion: Both acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion and oral clingmeng therapy have good curative effect in the treatment of premature ovarian failure caused by liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,and have obvious improvement in the menstrual condition,serum hormone level and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.However,acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion has basically no side effects and is more acceptable to patients.
