ObjectiveBased on the detection of the serum markers of five pathogen, such as Toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus, rubella virus, hepatitis B virus and Treponema pallidum, in local women of reproductive age before pregnancy, to know the infection status of five kinds of pathogens in women of child-bearing age and the relationship between the infection rate and age, occupation, degree of education, pregnancy history, to provide the theoretical basis for the prevention and cure of infection of these five kinds of pathogens, reduce the incidence of birth defects, and finally to improve the childbirth quality. MethodColloidal gold method was used to detect the serum markers of the five pathogens, such as toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus, rubella virus, hepatitis B virus and Treponema pallidum, in August 2013-December 2013 in 1098 women of child-bearing age before pregnancy who have transact birth certificate and are residents of rural registered permanent, EXCEL 2003 and SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the infection status of five pathogens and the related factors referred to the infection. Result1. The positive rate of rubella virus Ig G in women of childbearing age was 92.71%; the positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig G was 93.81%, the positive rate of Ig M was 0.18%; the positive rate of Toxoplasma Ig G was 0.55%, the positive rate of Ig M was 0.18%; the positive rate of antibody Treponema pallidum was 0.09%; the positive rate of HBSAg was 2.46%, the positive rate of anti-HBs antibody was 28.87%,the positive rate of HBe 0.55%, the positive rate of anti-HBe antibody was 1.55%, the positive rate of anti-HBc antibody was 2.37%.2. The total infection rate of the four pathogens, such as Toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus, hepatitis B virus, Treponema pallidum, in Women of childbearing age was 2.91%. The infection rates of the above four pathogens were not statistically significant in different age, occupation, cultural degree, pregnancy history group in women of childbearing age.3. Infection status of rubella virus and analysis on related factors: There are no statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of rubella virus Ig G in women of different childbearing age; There are statistical significance in the difference of positive rate of rubella virus Ig G in women of different degree of education(P<0.05), susceptible population is mainly concentrated in the bachelor and higher group; There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of rubella virus Ig G in women of different occupation groups(P<0.05), susceptible population is mainly concentrated in the non farmer group; There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of rubella virus Ig G in women having different childbirth history, susceptible population is mainly concentrated in the women having no childbirth history.4. Infection status of cytomegalovirus and analysis on related factors: There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig G in women of different childbearing age(P<0.005), and the highest positive rate is in the ages of 40~45, 100%, while the lowest one is in the ages of 21~25, 87.18%. There are statistical significance in the difference of positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig G in women of different degree of education(P<0.05), and the lowest positive rate is in bachelor and higher group, 80.49%, while the highest one is in the junior collage, 95.35%;There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig G in women of different occupation groups(P<0.05), and the positive rate in farmer group is obvious higher than non farmer group; There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig G in women having different childbirth history(P<0.01), and the positive rate in the women having no childbirth history is obvious lower than the women having childbirth history. The positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig M is 0.18%, The positive rate is lower than in other areas.5. Infection status of hepatitis B virus and analysis on related factors: There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of HBs Ag in women of different childbearing age(P<0.005), and the highest positive rate is in the ages of 40~45, while the lowest one is in the ages of 21~25, and the positive rate of HBs Ag gradually increased with the increase of the growth age. There are no statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of HBs Ag in women of different degree of education and occupation groups(P>0.05). There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of HBs Ag in women having different childbirth history(P<0.01), and the positive rate in the women having no childbirth history is obvious lower than the women having childbirth history. There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of anti-HBs antibody in women of different childbearing age(P<0.05), and the lowest positive rate is in the ages of 26~30, while the highest one is in the ages of 36~40. There are statistical significance in the difference of the positive rate of anti-HBs antibody in women of different degree of education groups(P<0.05), and the highest positive rate is in bachelor and higher group, while the lowest one is in the senior and special college groups; In women of different occupation groups in childbearing age, the positive rate in non farmer group is obvious higher than farmer group(P<0.05); In women of different childbirth history groups in childbearing age, the positive rate in non childbirth history group is obvious higher than childbirth history group(P<0.01). Conclusion1. The infection status of the five pathogens, such as Rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, toxoplasma, hepatitis B virus, Treponema pallidum, in the local women of childbearing age are not the same with other areas, and there are regional differences.2. The infection rate of four pathogen, toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus, hepatitis B virus, Treponema pallidum, in the women in childbearing age are lower than in other areas. Women in childbearing age are generally susceptible to be infected by these four pathogens, and the infection is universal.3. Beside age, the factors, such as occupation, degree of education and childbirth history of women of childbearing age is also closely related to the rubella virus infection. Women in childbearing age who are in Senior and special school group, farmer group, having childbirth history group have higher previous infection rate of rubella virus.4. The near future infection rate of cytomegalovirus, in the women of childbearing age of was lower. The factors, such as age, occupation, degree of education and childbirth history of women in childbearing age are also closely regated to the cytomegalovirus infection. Women in childbearing age who are in 40~45 age group, junior collage group, farmer group, having childbirth history group have higher infection rate of cytomegalovirus in the past.5. The infection rate of toxoplasma, treponema pallidum in women in childbearing age is very low.6. The infection rate of HBV and positive rate of anti-HBs antibody in women in childbearing age was lower than in other regions. The infection rate of Hepatitis B virus decreased gradually with the reduction of age; The women in childbearing age who have small age, high education level and are not farmer have high level of anti-HBs antibody.
