As a new drug dosage form, the research of liposome has been a hot field of pharmacy.It has the cell affinity, targeting and sustained-release potential, which has a broad market prospect as well as make it in much favor.Liposomes are mainly used for the research and development of anti-cancer drugs. With its passive targeting, anti-cancer drugs can direct lesions, which can not only improve the efficacy, but also reduce the damage to the non-tumor cells. It can be described as a model for safe and efficient.Its unique biological membrane structure makes it easily across the cell membrane into the cell, and then release the drug inside the cell.The outstanding characteristic opens a new door for the research and development of water-soluble drugs. Liposome encapsulated drugs, both in the membrane material and in the internal cavity,slowly release with the dissolution of membrane materials.And its good sustained-release effect makes the taking of medicine safer and more convenient.However, the pampered liposome is not perfect as well,and the objectively existent disadvantages,such as susceptible to oxidation, low encapsulation efficiency, easy to leak,limit its application and development.In order to make better use of the advantages of liposome for human benefit, this article made several drug of different solubility into liposomes, and carried on the comprehensive investigation and optimization of the prescription and process, then finally achieved the preparation of a safe, stable and efficient liposome eye drops.Fat-soluble gliclazide liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method, with particle size and encapsulation efficiency as indicators to evaluate its quality.Soy lecithin, cholesterol and vitamin E were chosen as membrane materials,and vitamin E was feasible.The further processing of bendazac lysine liposome solution,such as adding appropriate amount of thickening agent, antioxidant, antibacterial agent, osmotic pressure regulator, made the indicators of bendazac lysine eye drops meet the standards.The successfully prepared liposome eye drops still need to check clarity, stability, irritation and in vitro releasing rate.The research results of the above showed that the prepared bendazac lysine liposome eye drops had moderate viscosity, osmotic pressure equal to tears,high stability,low irritation and good sustained-release effect.The success of the eye drop offered a new direction, great theoretical and practical value for liposomal drugs.
