Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term effects of different thrombolytic methods in the treatment of DVT.Methods A total of 126 patients with DVT were analyzed retrospectively. 95cases(group A) were treated with catheter thrombolysis, 31 cases(group B) were treated with system thrombolysis through limb dorsal venous. Thrombolysis rate, limb swelling rate, deep vein patency rates, CIVIQ score, CEAP classification situation were evaluated. Results 1.Short-term effect: Concerning limb thrombolysis rate, a obvious difference(t=2.08, P=0.04) was found between group A(71.06±18.56)% VS group B(63.17±17.71)%;The average swelling rate of limb, a significant statistical difference(t=2.99, P=0.03) was found between group A(69.98±15.44) %VS group B(60.75±13.16)%; The average swelling rate of lower limb between group A(76.91±10.89)% VS group B(65.59±11.81)% had also statistical difference(t=4.92,P<0.01); After thrombolysis, the patency rate of deep vein was 82.10%(78/95)in group A VS 51.61%(16/31)in group B,X2=11.47, P=0.02.2.Patients were followed up for 7-60( 17.51 ± 9.86) months, 102 cases received deep vein anterograde routine angiography, 24 cases received deep venous ultrasound.Long-term effect: The patency rate was 63.16%(60/95)in group A VS 29.03%(9/31) in group B, X2=10.99, P<0.01; CIVIQ score was 92.27 ± 7.30 points in group A VS 85.74 ±10.24 points in group B, t=3.29, P=0.02; CEAP classification in group A was 1.52 ± 1.25 VS 2.32 ± 1.33 in group B,t=3.08, P=0.03.Conclusion Comparing both groups, Thrombolysis rate, limb swelling rate, patency rates, CIVIQ score and CEAP classification were all significantly different(P<0.05). Group A turned out to be superior. Conclusion Catheter directed thrombolysis had showed priority in both short and long-term treating effects of DVT.
