To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Obese Patients With Syndrome Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy For Climacteric Syndrome

Objective: To observe the before and after of acupoint catgut embedding on climacteric syndrome in patients with obesity weight, body mass index(BMI), waist circumference, Kupperman index, Sex hormone index: human follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), and the clinical curative effect, this provides the basis for the clinical therapy.Method: 60 cases of menopausal obese women were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with oral administration of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill(Lanzhou foci Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the country medicine accurate Z62020664, 0.375g/ particle) 8 pills each time, 3 times a day, 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 the course of treatment. In experimental group, oral administration of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill plus catgut implantation at acupoint, acupoint Shenshu, Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, Qihai, Guilai, Zigong, Zhongwan, Liangmen, Tianshu, Daheng, treatment for 1 time in 1 weeks, 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results: after treatment, two groups of FSH, LH were lower than before, with statistical difference(P<0.05), E2 were increased(P<0.01); the experimental group body weight, BMI, waist circumference, Kupperman score and Kupperman score than control group decreased, with statistical difference(P<0.05); control group, body weight, BMI the waist is much lower than before the change; the experimental group in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome with obesity, the total efficiency is 96.67%, control group, the total effective rate was 90%, the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with the six tastes glutinous rehmannia pill in improving the symptoms of climacteric women and the regulation of sex hormones in obese patients, at the same time, also played a good effect reducing weight.
