Objective: Understanding the Fatigue, I of the Uygur medicine antifatigue effects on xinjiang footballers exercise fatigue, Observing the athletes training before and after the change of blood lactate and blood testosterone. Preliminary in this paper, the mechanism of its effectsMethod: Recruiting met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of xinjiang team 24 athletes as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group in two groups. Experimental group at the end of the first day of training to give the anti-fatigue Ⅰof the Uygur medicine oral drug therapy for 2 weeks. The control group for training after regular rest, don’t give any interventions. Combined with subjective physical sensory scale scores before and after the training, as well as the change of blood lactic acid, blood testosterone levels. Observe antifatigue Ⅰnumber of the Uygur medicine influence on athletes blood lactate and blood testosterone.Results: In the two groups before treatment general data is no statistical difference(P>0.05).After the intervention, experimental group’s subjective physical sense rating scale and blood lactic acid, blood testosterone levels than the control group have obvious difference(P<0.05),Information of antifatigue I number of the Uygur medicine to improve football athletes after training of blood lactate and blood testosterone levels may have some effect.Conclusions: Antifatigue Ⅰ medicines of the Uygur medicine that can reduce the exercise fatigue state of athletes of blood lactic acid and increase the blood testosterone levels, and alleviate the discomfort after motion, have certain clinical value, worthy of study.
