Objective:Discussion Uygur and Han prostate cancer as well as possible differences in the incidence of factors Xinjiang region. Method:Retrospective analysis Han and Uygur two groups patients due to the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms and older than 50 years from May 2007 to October 2013, Perform PSA testing, digital rectal examination and prostate transabdominal ultrasound, MRI examination, Which comply with prostate biopsy indication of 696 cases, Uygur and Han in two groups in different ages tPSA, different tPSA levels of prostate cancer detection rates and tumor grade were analyzed. Results:①The Comparison of Uygur and Han tPSA levels in age stratification: The age group of 50-59 11.060 (11.630) ng/ml、11.835 (17.870) ng/ml, The age group of 60-69 15.510 (39.010) ng/ml、 16.490 (33.010)ng/ml, The age group of 70-75 14.850 (15.040) ng/ml、18.710 (37.540) ng/ml, The age group≥76 22.730 (22.600) ng/ml、 25.930 (62.670) ng/ml, Total 15.525 (25.850) ng/ml、18.670 (36.740) ng/ml. Uygur population in each age group tPSA levels were lower than the Han in prostate cancer suspicious, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).②The comparison of detection of Uygur and Han prostate cancer rates in tPS A layer:< 4 ng/ml group,0、 29.17%,4-10 ng/ml group,16.13%、16.98%,10-20 ng/ml group,14.29%.19.87%, >20 ng/mlgroup,64.52%、65.12%, Total 34.21%、41.18%.③The Comparison of Uygur and Han prostate cancer pathological grading:the high differentiation group 12cases(23.1%)、48 cases(21.4%), the moderately differentiated group 17cases(32.7%)、 72cases (32.1%), the low differentiation group 23 cases (44.2%),104 cases (46.4%). In pathological grading proportions, the Uygur and Han groups are more uniformly, Z=-0.316, No statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05). The prostate cancer detection rate correlation with age between Uygur and Han(r=23.951、P=0.000, r=10.257、P=0.001), The prostate cancer detection rate also correlation with PSA between Uygur and Han(r=81.291、P=0.000, r=32.577、P=0.000). Conclusion:Suspected prostate cancer in Xinjiang,Uygur were detected in different age, different levels of tPSA and the tPSA in prostate cancer rates are lower than the same level of Han, No statistically significant difference between them. It may be related to the different nations, different living environment, different dietary structure.
