| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine qingyan diaphragm and Houfengsan with treatment of acute tonsillitis.Methods:From March 2013 to March 2014,we selected 60 cases of patinents with acute tonsillitis in the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine hospital.They were randomly divided into a Treated group and a control group,each group of 30 cases.Treated group were treated with the traition addition and subtraction Qingyan Decoction orally diaphragm with Houfengsan external.Control group were treated with Amoxicillin capsules oral with Houfengsan external. A course of 7 days,we observe the results after treatment.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0 software.Results:(1)In the sore throat,lymphadenopathy,cough dry stool with yellow and other symptoms,the treated group was better than control group.We use the rank sum test,P<0.05.On the swollen tonsils and fever symptoms, treated group and control group effect is quite. We use the rank sum test,P>0.05(2)Total effective rate of the treated group is 86.7%,total effective rate of the control group is 60%. We use the rank sum test,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine qingyan diaphragm and Houfengsan has an exact effect on the heat transfer,lung and stomach heat syndrome acute tonsillitis. |
