Electric Acupuncture Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Clinicai Observation Of Spastic Dysarthria

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic clinical efficafy on post-stroke spastic dysarthria by the point selection according to electrical acupuncture the lian quan,ju quan,tong liand ren ying on both sides based onconventional acupuncture and speech rehabilitation treatment.Methods:Sixty patients with Spasm dysarthria after strok were randomized into a treatment group and a control group (30 in each). The patients in the two groups all received hearing-speech rehabilitation as the basic treatment. The control group conventional find acupuncture, acupuncture the fengchi、yi feng、lian quan、jin jin and yu ye.The treatment group on the basis of control group,add Electrical acupuncture the lian quanju quan.tong li and ren yingon both sides. Day two,6 for a period of treatment, four courses of treatment for 20 min,lday between each treatment.Result:1、The treatment group and control group Frenchay Dysarthria evaluation level Significant Improved than Group therapy before(P<0.01).2、we can conclude that the total effective rateof the treatment group is93.3%,and the rate of the control group is 80%.treatment group than the control group improved more obviously, Both compared with significant difference in statistics (P<0.01).Conclusion:1、Electric acupuncture treatment with conventional acupuncture cupping therapy and speech rehabilitation training treatment and simple routine acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training can improve the degree of post-stroke spastic dysarthria.2、Electrical acupuncture with conventional acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training treatment for treatment of post-stroke spastic dysarthria is superior to single conventional acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training treatment.3、Electrical acupuncture with conventional acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training treatment for treatment of post-stroke spastic dysarthria is a safe and effective method.
