| ObjectiveTo objectively and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of two different acupuncture methods(Juquan point combined with tongue area acupuncture + routine acupuncture and routine acupuncture)in the treatment of dysarthria after stroke, and to explore the clinical practicability of Juquan point combined with tongue area acupuncture in the treatment of dysarthria after stroke.MethodsIn this study,80 patients with post-stroke dysarthria were randomly divided into two groups. On the premise that the baseline data of the two groups were comparable, the control group was treated with routine acupuncture, including GV26,CV23,EX-HN12,EX-HN13,posterior pharynx wall,GB20 and TE17,while the treatment group was treated with Juquan and tongue acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Except the acupoints without leaving needle, the needle was retained for 30 minutes after the arrival of qi,once a day,5times a week, and 3 weeks was a course of treatment.Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center dysarthria rating scale,Frenchay dysarthria rating scale and neurological impairment assessment scale(NHISS)were used to score before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared before and after treatment.Results1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender, course of disease and type of stroke(P > 0.05),which was comparable;2.Grading evaluation of dysarthria: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable; After treatment, the grades of the two groups both were improved, and the treatment group was more higher, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, there was significant difference in each of the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The scores of Frenchay dysarthria: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which meant comparable; After treatment, the scores of the two groups both were decreased, which were significantly different from that in the each group before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment, except the lip movement, the other scores of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).4.French dysarthria rating: There was no significant difference between the two groupsbefore treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable; After treatment, difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),and the grade of each of the two groups had significant difference from that before treatment’s(P < 0.05).5.Evaluation of neurological deficit: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable; After treatment, the scores of the two groups were decreased, which was significantly different from that in the group before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.Curative effect: In the treatment group,38 cases were contained, among them,21 cases were cured,12 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was86.84%.In the control group, there were 37 cases,7 cases were cured,20 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 72.97%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Juquan acupoint combined with tongue area acupuncture and routine acupuncture both have a curative effect on dysarthria after stroke.2.Juquan acupoint combined with tongue area acupuncture and routine acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of dysarthria after apoplexy, and the effect is faster and better than that of conventional acupuncture.3.Juquan acupoint combined with tongue area acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of dysarthria after stroke, with little side effects, quick effect and good cure, which is worth popularizing and studying in clinic. |
