Clinical Observation On Kuijieling 4 Enema Retention On Treatment For Damp-Heat In Large Intestine Type Of Ulcerative Rectitis

Ulcerative rectitis is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease, mainly involving the rectum. The main symptoms of this disease are diarrhea, abdominal pain left lower abdomen, bloody stool with septic and mucus, and accompanied by tenesmus. A small number of patients have symptoms of constipation. Rectal lesions, mainly in the mucosa, expressed as inflammation or ulceration. This disease have a certain degree of self-limiting, but the majority of the course is longer or automatically continued progress, or about the turn of recurrence and remission, but the overall trend is continuing.AIM:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine-Kuijieling 4 on damp-heat in large intestine type of ulcerative rectitis.Methods:60 Patients with ulcerative proctitis were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with kuijieling4 enema,the control group was treated with SASP enema.The total course of treatment for one month. The improvement of clinical symptoms, endoscopic remission rate were observed in patients in the two groups during the course of treatment.They will be observed before and after treatment of Erythrocyte and Leukocyte in feces testing, colonscopy, pathology, and symptoms.Result:The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, the control group was 76.67%, P<0.05.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the endoscopic remission rate were significantly better than those in the control group, respectively.Conclusion:1、Kuijieling 4 retention enema has good curative effect in treating damp-he at in large intestine type of ulcerative rectitis.2、Kuijieling 4 retention enema has more effective in treatment of damp-heat in large intestine type of ulcerative rectitis than SASP.
