Clinical Observation Of Tourette’s Syndrome QI Depression Transforming Into Fire Type Treated With Acupuncture

Objective:Observation of acupuncture combined withmedicine and simple oral Chinese medicine on tourette’ssyndrome qi depression transforming into fire type clinical differences, providing more effective methods for treating tourette’s syndrome qi depression transforming into fire typeMethods:60 patients conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the subjects into two groups according to random number table, divided into acupuncture treatment group and oral drug control group,and each group had 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated by simple Chinese medicine.,7 days for a course oftreatment two treatment interval of 1 days, a total of 3 courses. After the end of treatment, Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale (YGTSS) as evaluation criteria, we compared the improvement of efficacy and score for the patients’motor and voice tics.Rusults:1. In the motor and vocal tic score,the treatment group before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01);the control group before and after treatment with statistical significance (p<0.01), the two methods are effective.2.Before and after treatment,according to the clinical symptom was compared between the two grous,treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 86.67%,after statistics processing(P<0.05),shows that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.3.After treatment,in the motor tics,comparing the treatment group and the control group,by t test,there were significant differences (p<0.05); In the vocal tics, comparing the two groups, by t test, there were no significant differences (P>0.05); In the aspect of tic symptoms control rate, there have significant difference compared motor tics with the vocal tics (P<0.05) in the treatment group, and in the control group, motor and vocal tics showed no significant difference (P>0.05).It explains that the treatment group in improving the motor tics than vocal tics.4.Treatment for three months follow-up after treatment,two groups of clinical curative effect comparison (p<0.05),in the long-term curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:1.Methods of acupuncture combined with medicine and Chinese traditional medicine treatmed of qi depression transforming into fire type tourette’syndrome have effect.2.Combination of acupuncture and medicine has better effectiveness than simple oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treating of qi depressiontransforming into fire type tourette’syndrome3.Method of combined acupuncture with medicine is superior to improve motor tic symptoms than vocal tic symptoms.
