Study On Mechanism Of Thumb-tack Needle Combined With Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Adolescent Depression Of Qi Depression Transforming Into Fire Type

Objective: The clinical efficacy of combination of press acupuncture and Jiawei Xiaoyao SAN in the treatment of Qi depression and fire type adolescent depression was compared with that of Jiawei Xiaoyao SAN alone,and the clinical efficacy and advantages of combination of press acupuncture and Jiawei Xiaoyao SAN in the treatment of Qi depression and fire type adolescent depression were observed,provide an objective foundation for the combined application of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of the syndrome of depression,and provide a more efficient and scientific method for patients with adolescent depression.Methods: In accordance with this study,60 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group on the basis of the control method.In the treatment group,the combination of the press needle and Jiawei Xiaoyao SAN was used,and the control arm was treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao SAN with 30 patients per arm.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Based on the TCM syndrome score,the Depression Scale self-rating score,and the HAMD score(24 items),patients were recorded once pre-and post-treatment,and changes in scores were observed and statistically analysed to make relevant inferences.Results:1.Evaluation of general information: The two groups of patients were compared before treatment in terms of gender,TCM syndrome score,SDS scale score and HAMD scale score,and the differences were not statistically significant.2.Assessment of TCM syndrome effect:(1)Effect assessment: TCM syndrome score,Both the SDS scale score and the HAMD scale score all decreased to some degree,and had a higher therapeutic level in the treatment arm(P<0.05).(2)TCM syndromes had a total curative effect: the overall effective treatment group rate was 92.86%;The total effective rate of the control group was 84.62%,and the total efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety assessment: There were No adverse side effects in either group during treatment.Conclusion: The treatment and control groups have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of adolescent depression of the Qi fire type,and the reduction in the TCM syndrome score,the self-rating depression scale score,and the Hamilton depression Scale score is most evident in the treatment group.It can be seen that the combination of press acupuncture and Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder has better efficacy in the treatment of depression of Qi stagnation and fire type adolescents,and it is safe and practical in the clinic and easy to popularise.
