High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Capsule In The Treatment Of Joint Pain Sanjie Adenomyoma Of Clinical Research

BackgroundAdenomyoma is a relatively common gynecological disease. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in adenomyoma’s incidence rate. Traditional treatment,uterine full cut method,could effect a permanent cure in adenomyoma,but it has more surgical trauma. High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),as a new minimally invasive technology,has been using to cure adenomyoma.Adenomyoma cannot be wiped out only by conservative surgery.Medication is required after surgery to cure adenomyoma. In this study,to explore a new therapeutic method,namely the first high intensity focused ultrasound, supplemented by the Lump-dissolving and Pains-Relieving Capsule in treating adenomyoma for consolidation treatment,thus more safely and effectively improve the recovery rate.ObjectivesTo explore a more securer and more effective method in the treatment of adenomyoma,by adenomyoma patients with HIFU combined with the Lump-dissolving and Pains-Relieving Capsule in treating adenomyoma,in order to find the best scheme of treatment.Methods62 adenomyoma cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University who could be cured by HIFU randomly divided equally into two group,namely the treatment group(32) and the control group(30),all of the 62 adenomyoma cases,firstly,HIFU therapy treated,postoperative the treatment group were given the Lump-dissolving and Pains-Relieving Capsule in treating adenomyoma continuously used for three months,the control group were given nothing. To compare the change of the degree of dysmenorrhea score,detect the quantity of CA125 and VEGF both before and after the treatment..All of the 62 adenomyoma cases were followed up after 3 months and were required to have a reliable contraceptive during this time.Results1) The degree of dysmenorrhea score:treatment group:93.33%, the efficient of the control group:80.00%;2) The serum CA125 values:two groups of patients before treatment the serum CA125 values were 37.90±1.16U/ml、37.52±0.87 U/ml, there was no significant difference, there is no statistical significance (P>0.05); Two groups after treatment the serum CA125 values were:12.18±0.97U/ml、27.60±0.93 U/ml, were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), but after treatment compared two groups, the treatment group was lower than the control group, significant different, there was statistically significant (P< 0.05);3) The serum VEGF values:two groups of patients before treatment the serum VEGF values were 177.51±7.32pg/ml、174.73±5.19pg/ml, there was no significant difference, there is no statistical significance (P>0.05); Two groups after treatment the serum VEGF values were:136.91±7.19pg/ml、142.90±7.37pg/ml, were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), but after treatment compared two groups, the treatment group was lower than the control group, significant different, there was statistically significant (P< 0.05).ConclusionsAdenomyoma patients with the high intensity focused ultrasound supplemented by the Lump-dissolving and Pains-Relieving Capsule, has good curative effect, the recurrence rate is low, can significantly alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms, is a new therapeutic method to cure adenomyoma, is worth popularizing application.
