| Objective:The study aims to observe the traditional Chinese medicine lotion named "KuBai hemorrhoids lotion"to treat inflammatory external hemorrhoids patients of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome,for the purpose of evaluating its clinical efficacy.Method:In this study,60 patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Each group has 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with "KuBai hemorrhoids lotion".while potassium permanganate solution was used in the control group. Patients are instructed to perform a site bath 2 times a day.7 days for a course of treatment. We observe the change of common symptoms and sign of hemorrhoids such as Pain,the tumor size of hemorrhoids and mucous membrane before treatment and on 3th day,5th day.7th day of the treatment,Statistical analysis was performed after a course.Results:1.In the treatment group,the overall success rate was 96.67%. In the control group,the overall success rate was 73.33%,the comparison between two group was significant(P<0.05).2.The change of common symptoms such as Pain,the tumor size of hemorrhoids and mucous membrane after treatment are better than symptoms before treatment,the comparison between two group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:"KuBai hemorrhoids lotion" is an safe,effective in the management of inflammatory external hemorrhoid."KuBai hemorrhoids lotion"can relieve pain and reduce the tumor size of hemorrhoids and protect mucous membrane.It is better than potassium permanganate solution (p<0.05). |
