| Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine enema colon in treatment of renal anemia (RA) before and after the clinical curative effect and TCM symptom integral, the change of hemoglobin, red blood cells deposited, explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema colon for treatment of renal anemia.Methods:In chronic kidney disease (CKD) with 40 patients with mild renal anemia, compared before and after treatment, the course of 8 weeks. On the basis of routine treatment, Chinese medicine medicinal broth, colon dialysis for traditional Chinese medicine. Before and after the observation records of patients in the treatment of hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cells dEPOsited (Hct), serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (Bun) the changes of TCM symptoms.Results:1. In traditional Chinese medicine enema colon mild renal anemia curative effect, effectively and 26 cases,9 cases were markedly improved after treatment is invalid in 5 cases, the total effective rate 87%, obviously better than the before treatment, after treatment with statistical significance (P< 0.05).2. In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect,18 cases were markedly improved after treatment,17 cases effective, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate 87.5%, TCM symptoms after treatment significantly lower total integral, statistically significant (p< 0.05).3. In traditional Chinese medicine enema colon after treatment, hemoglobin, red blood cell press was improved, the creatinine and urea nitrogen was reduced, the statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine colon dialysis mild renal anemia method is effective and can improve the languid, shortness of breath lazy speech, lumbar debility, eat less, stay, TCM symptoms such as nausea and vomiting and body weight.2.Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment for mild renal anemia, can promote hemoglobin, red blood cells dEPOsited, lower serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels. |
