Clinical Studies Of The Spleen And Blood Particles In The Treatment Of Renal Anemia In Chronic Renal Failure

[Objective] :To observe the clinical effect on Jianpi Shengxue Keli(JSK) on treating RA (Renal Anemia) patients.To provide scientific basis for the application of the treating means of integrative Chinese and western medicine on RA in clinic.[Methods] :60 cases of RA patients who came from ward were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the control group. Each group contains 30 cases .The patients of the treat group were asked to take JSK orally,one bag every time,there times a day;that of the control group were asked to take iron (Ferrous Succinate, namely SuLiFei) orally,0.1g per time, there times a day.Additionally, both two groups patiences were given symptomatic and supporting treatment, such as rHuEPO(recombinant Human —Erythropoietin ) 100IU per kilogram weight hypodermic injection for once a week, vitaminB₁₂, foliac acid and s ufficient food with low protein diet . There were not any differences between the two groups in sex,age,duration of CRF and Hgb values(P> 0.05).The therapeutic course for two groups was 12 weeks. All patients were demanded to examine the Blood Routine , the relicular red cell , kidney function and record the correlated TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) symptoms , and were evaluated with SGA(subjective global assessment) and the levels of nausea and voiting before they began treatment. During the treatment, the Blood Routine , the relicular red cell were examined per two weeks and kidney function , serum iron, serum ferritin and trasferrin saturation were examined once a month. At the end of trial, all patients will have been received some evaluations, such as SGA, the correlated TCM symptoms and the levels of nausea and voiting.[Result] :1. The rate of distinctive effect of treatment group was 43.3%, ,but that of control group was 16.7%. The treatment group's total effective rate was 83.3% and the control group's was 60%. There was distinctive difference between groups by statistical analysis(P<0.05).2. Both of the two group drugs could remedy distinctly the situation of anemia (P<0.05); the treatment group was much better than the control group in remedying the situation of anemia .About the treatment group ,at the second treating week,the Ret had reached peak value and changes of blood routine had distinctive difference; at the eighth treating week , the blood routine had reached the normal standard.
