Analysis Of The Physical Distribution Of Patients In 80 Cases Of Ovarian Cancer And Its Related Factors

Objective:To investigate the physical distribution of ovarian cancer patients and its related factors,Found that the general incidence of ovarian cancer patients, the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution, and the relationship between other related factors.To provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer and early prevention and control work.Methods:According to the clinical epidemiological research methods, the use of’Chinese constitution classification and determination of the standard"questionnaire survey of physical design unified on 2012, November-2014 year in November in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (tumor hospital) conducted a questionnaire survey of ovarian cancerpatients with gynecological ward three hospital.Gcnerally found in patients with ovarian cancer,(Including age,education, occupation, age at menarche, parity, body mass index).The pathological type, FIGO staging, TCM syndrome, the relationship with TCM Constitution.he data analysis on correlation between the constitution of the patients with ovarian cancer.The general information and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine by using descriptive analysis, cluster analysis,While age, menarche age, parity, body mass index, x2 test and Fisher exact test was used for data analysis.Result:1,80 cases of ovarian cancer patients for the distribution characteristics of TCM constitutions:Gentleness is more than Yang deficiency more than Qi deficiency than qi stagnation blood stasis more than more than Yin deficiency phlegm dampness heat more than the intrinsic quality.The gentleness of 23 people (28.75%), Yang deficiency of 15 people (18.75%), Qi deficiencyof 12 people (15%), yin deficiency of 7 people (8.75%), phlegm dampness of 4 people (5%),damp heat 5 people (6.25%), blood stasis (3 people accounted for 3.75% 10), Qi Stagnation(12.5%), the intrinsic quality of 1 people (1.25%).According to the survey results and qualitative, Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency are sensitive physique.2,The distribution of TCM Constitution in ovarian cancer patients of all ages as young as gentleness, Qi deficiency and yang deficiency,and yin deficiency.Middle stage of gentleness type, followed by Yang deficiency,Qi Stagnation and Qi deficiency.The old stage mainly shows, followed by the peace constitution and Qi deficiency constitution.3,80 cases of TCM syndrome characteristics of ovarian cancer patients with blood stasis, followed by qi stagnation, heat toxin.
