Objiective:In this article, the YinChenHao Decoction were statistically classified and analyzed through the prescription dialectical method. Sorted out the key points of YinChenHao Decoction.Then they could provide reference frames for clinical diagnose.Methods:1.Cases collection:Search the journals which included in CNKI from 1978 to 2015 and ancient physicians Experience in other books,,has given priority to with YinChenHao Decoction of 267 cases.2.Information collation:Conclused the main symptoms and disease,the main tongue and pulse condition and indications of YinChenHao Decoction.3.Dataprocessing:Analyzed the data through frequency statistical methods and factor analysis.Results:1.Above average esymptoms:yellow skin,yellow eyes,nausea and vomiting, anorexia,yellow urine,fever,fatigue,abdomen bloating,astriction, difficulty in micturition, bitter taste,fidget, abdominal tenderness,thirsty,bellyache,hepatomegaly,dry,dizzy,flank pain.2.Tongue nature:red tongue-based, there are 85 cases, accounting for 62.5% of the tongue color.Tongue coating:the most is yellow tongue in color, accounting for 83.33%,the most is thick tongue in terms of quality.3.Pulse:After all composite pulse condition into single pulse condition,rapid pulse,slippery pulse,stringy pulse are most frequent,together accounting for about 80.59%.Conclusion:1.The main symptoms of YinChenHao Decoction Syndrome:yellow skin,yellow eyes,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,yellow urine.2.The subordinate symptoms of YinChenHao Decoction Syndrome: fever,fatigue,abdomen bloating,astriction, difficulty in micturition, bitter taste,fidget, abdominal tenderness,thirsty,bellyache,hepatomegaly,dry,dizzy,flank pain.3.The tongue of YinChenHao Decoction Syndrome and Pulse conditioned tongue,yellow thick tongue.Pulse condition has rapid pulse,slippery pulse,stringy pulse and their composite pulse condition.
