Purpose:Sustained acute duck hepatitis B virus infection model based on the observe the effect of Artemisia decoction on the DHBV-DNA, DHBsAg effects to explore Yinchenhao decoction liver injury mechanism of effect of jaundice.Method:Purchase healthy adult Wuhan duck 100, with the use of DHBsAg ELISA test and DHBV-DNA dot-blot hybridization method selected DHBV-DNA, DHBsAg were negative Wuhan duck 60 as the experimental objects, respectively, through the wing vein injection of 10 ml strong positive serum hepatitis B virus,7 days a vaccination were vaccinated four times, to establish stable and consistent model of acute infection of hepatitis B virus. Then randomly divided into three groups of 20, respectively Yinchenhao Decoction-treated group, lamivudine treatment group and saline control group, were treated for 30 days were observed before and after treatment as well as treatment group and control group DHBV-DNA, DHBsAg changes. Results: Control experiment duck DHBV-DNA, DHBsAg30 days, has remained positive, and no significant change in titer. The two treatment groups titer DHBV-DNA were decreased on day 15, but the decline did not reach levels significantly; 30 days after the two treatment groups DHBV-DNA compared with the baseline titer decreased significantly (p<0.05), compared with the control group was significantly lower (p<0.05), in which lamivudine group decreased DHBV-DNA content of Artemisia decoction group than the more obvious difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Tips Yinchenhaotang and lamivudine inhibit DHBV-DNA replication, in which the inhibition was stronger than lamivudine Yinchenhao Decoction.30 days after the medication group DHBsAg YCHT titer decrease compared with the baseline were significantly different (p<0.05), and the control group there was significant difference (p<0.05); lamivudine group 30 days after treatment DHBsAg titer has dropped somewhat, but no significant treatment difference compared with the control group compared with the titer of DHBsAg, differences were not significant. Tips on DHBsAg Yinchenhao decoction synthesis in the body inhibit the expression, but have no significant effect on lamivudine. Conclusion:Yinchenhao decoction on duck hepatitis B virus infection resulting in acute injury sustained not only directly reduce the role of liver injury, but also duck hepatitis B virus also has a direct inhibitory effect by inhibiting the replication of DHBV-DNA and protein in ways DHBsAg reached. Clearly, the role of Yinchenhao decoction more target site, and comprehensive...
