| Objectives:To investigate the distribution of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 in drowned and Postmortem immersed rat’ liver, and measuring expression quantity of, IL-6, LEF-1,Smad4 in the different time after death. Aims to explore, distribution relation and rule of, rat liver IL-6, LEF-1, Smad 4 in drowned rat and postmortem immersed rat.Methods:One hundred Kunming mice were randomly divided into drowning. group(n=50), postmortem immersion group(n=50). Respectively, The liver in the death point of 1 hour,3 hour,12 hour,24 hour,48 hour were taken. Each group mouse were divided into five groups. According to the different time-point, fifty drowning group mouse randomly divided into D1 h,D3h,D12 h,D24h,D48 h, fifty postmortem immersion group mouse randomly divided into S1 h,S3h,S12 h,S24h,S48 h.Drowning group mouse use drowning deaths method; postmortem immersion group use spine dislocation method.And at the same time, drowning group and postmortem immersion group mouse s put into the same container. Observed each groups morphology change of mice’ liver tissue,,and observe the expression and regular changes of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad 4 in mouse’s liver Results:Expression of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 in the mouse’ liver: Compare to relative expression value of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 at the same point,There were significantdifferences in the Expression of LEF-1, IL-6, Smad4 in two groups(P<0.05).The content of LEF-1, IL-6and Smad 4 in the mouse’ liver presents regular changes.Conclusion:This study’s results suggest that animal model drowning group and postmortem immersion group can be induced. Routine HE stain were used to analysis the samples of liver. Tow groups are saw hepatic cord in hepar arranged mussily, in parts of liver sinuses obvious dilation and blood.stasis could.be.seen,inflammatory cell infi ltration, cytoplasm were filled with vacuoles, karyopyknosis and nuclear fragmentation.Compare to postmortem immersion group, liver cell of drowning group mouse were damaged obviously, inflammatory cell infiltration more seriously.IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 immunohisto chemistry staining to analyse and computer imageto observe the expression and regular changes in mouse’s liver.1.There were significant differences in the expression of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 in two groups, Compare to relative expression value of LEF-1, IL-6, Smad4 at the same point, Each value of drowning group are lower.2.All of mouse expression level of IL-6, LEF-1, Smad4 increase gradually within.the.36 h.after.death, and peaked at 12 hours, while reaching a maximum value then begins to decrease, this expression of regularity can offer a new wary for forensic medicine, and can be analyzed and used as references for judging drowned and postmortem immersed... |
