The Clinical Research Of Xiaoying Powder’s External Application In Treating Subacute Thyroiditis In Acute Stage (Heat Toxin Exuberance Syndrome)

Purpose:Through the observation of external application of Chinese medicine, this topic treats subacute thyroiditis in acute stage (heat toxin exuberance syndrome), finds the best treatment technology and scheme of this disease, and make specification to promote the use of target.Method:This research includes 60 cases who are from Endocrinology clinic patie nts of the Affiliated Hospital to Changchun University Of Chinese Medicine and have dialectical heat toxin exuberance syndrome, and uses a method of clinical trial that pr acticality is contrasted randomly, these cases are evenly divided into treatment group(e xtemal application of TCM herbs and oral western medicine) and control group(oral w estern medicine) according to a 1:1 randomly grouping method. Clinical curative effect (including TCM Syndrome Symptoms and related physical chemical testing indicators before and after treatment), security and other side effects are evaluated. After continuo us observation of four weeks and follow-up of three months, the data of two groups are carried on the statistical analysis.Result:After the treatment, TCM syndrome integral and the clinical efficacy of two groups are promoted obviously, and the two groups have significant differences in the statistical analysis (P<0.05), thyroid function indicators FT3, FT4, ESR have also been significantly improved (P<0.05), after the follow-up, the recurrence rate of the treatment group in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis is significantly better than the recurrence rate of the control group. Safety indicators of two groups are within the normal range and have no adverse reactions. The results show that the treatment group is better than the control group in the overall effect.Conclusion:In view of clinical studies, the Xiaoying powder’s external application i n the treatment of the acute stage of subacute thyroiditis (heat toxin exuberance syndr ome) can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, especially thyroid glan d’s pain and turgescence, fever symptom, reduce TCM Syndrome integral and improve physical and chemical indicators in short term. As a result, it can make patients recov er quickly and promote the quality of life. The treatment of this disease which adopts Xiaoying powder’s external application is safe, reliable and has no serious adverse re actions.
