| Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction (SXD) is a classic compound obtained from the Golden Chamber, which has antiseptic and antiviral curative effect and blood circulation. This compound is curative effect with a long history. Water decoction of SHD is commonly used clinically. Conserning taking methods and curative effect, the process of SHD prescription preparation is different from water decoction. In order to definite the material basis of SHD, this paper evaluates the antiseptic and antiviral curative effect and analyze the chemical composition. This paper make the study of component compatibility, based on the processing compatibility theory.This research has three parts:The first part:literature reviewIn order to provide reference, this research has overlooked materials of SDH and component compatibility, and briefly discussed the chemical material, pharmacological functions and clinical application of SHD and developments of component compatibility.The second part:evaluation of antiseptic and antiviral curative effect and chemical material of SHDThis research evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of SHD, inflammatory models were induced by xylene. As a result, the alcohol extracts owned significant inflammatory activity. The result of material analysis of alcohol extracts showed that 25 feature peaks were found in the feature map,14 of which were identified with standard materials. This research also determine the content of 16 materials, the results showed that baicalin has the highest amount, a total of 37%, rhein-8-O-glucoside, baicalein and berberine hydrochloride are a total of 10%. Annlyze the ratio relationship of different compounds, flavone-anthraquinone glycoside-anthraquinones-alkaloid, are 7.7:2.0:1.0:1.8.Comparing water extracts and alcohol extracts,the constitute and content of compounds are different.16 compouds are measured,16 compounds are measured in the alcohol extracts and 14 in water extracts. The content of most compounds in the alcohol extract are higher than water extract, expect baicalin and rhein-8-O-glucoside. Only flavone in the alcohol extract is lower than water extract by comparing in catogary, especially anthraquinone. But comparing in the catogary percentage, anthraquinone glycoside is also higher in the water extract. In addition, it is quite different between the ratio of compounds, the ratio of flavone-anthraquinone glycoside-anthraquinones-alkaloid are 7.7:2.0:1.0:1.8 in the alcohol extract while 17.9:4.1:1.0:3.1 in the water extract.The third part:screening and analysis of antiseptic and antiviral curative effect of SHD component compatibility prevailing party.This research is based on the analysis of SHD extract. According to the processing compatibility theory, three different medicinal slices of Dahuang, shengdahuang, shudahuang and dahuangtan, are combined with Huanglian and Huangqin, based on SHD. Component compatibility are produced under the average content of medicinal slices. Mice modle with ear edema induced by xylene and rat fever model induced by subcutaneous are used to filter the SHD antiseptic and antiviral curative effect prevailing party. The result showed that compatibility 2,4,8 owned anti-inflammatory effect and compatibility 7,8 owned fever-reducing effect, Taken together, compatibility 8 is the prevailing party.We established the feature maps of prevailing party,choosing 24 feature peaks and 14 compounds are identified. Measuring the content of 9 compounds at the same time, baicalin own the highest amount, a total of 45%, anthraquinones and berberine hydrochloride are in the second place, anthraquinone glycoside is the lowest. Annlyze the ratio relationship of different compounds, flavone-anthraquinone glycoside-anthraquinones-alkaloid, are 3.6:1.0:2.3:1.2.It is quite diferent in ratio among compounds by comparing the prevailing party and other component compatibility. So it has something to do with antiseptic and antiviral curative effect and ratio between compounds. |
