Objective: To investigate the different influences that the transparent waterproof plaster and cotton applicator vein on Prevention Center(subclavian vein catheterization in patients with infection) bring and the effects of different dressing time bring on central venous(subclavian vein) to patients with catheterization. In order to provide the basis for clinical central and to choose appropriate dressing paste and time to patients. Methods: to make a survey on 160 patients from Guiyang Medical College who informed consent voluntarily from December, 2013 to 2014 under the condition to be not violate the ethics. The patient includes 103 cases of gastric cancer, 57 patients with digestive tract perforation, 106 cases of male patients, 54 female patients. There are aged between 15 and 87, and the average age of them is 58.04 or more than or less than by 13.57.According to the single date and double date, they were randomly divided into cotton acupoint sticking group(group M) and transparent waterproof plaster group(group T). Date of the even number belong to group M, the rest belong to group T.(there are 80 cases in each group). Patients selected from group M are M1, M3, M5, M7, and patients from group T are randomly numbered as T1, T3, T5, T7, then they are respectively put into group 1D,3D, 5D and 7D. M1 d, M3 d, M5 d, M7 d,T1d, T3 d, T5 d, T7 d are divided into Spring and Summer, gastric cancer and perforation,60 years and above 60 years according to season, diseases and age. After placing tube, I dipped in wet saline on patients in the range of 3cm around around skin surface at the corresponding time with cotton swabs. Then l put it in a electric resisting type for 24 h in constant temperature of 36. Then I check the results. Results: no patient had local skin allergic reactions from both group M and group T. But the growth of colony from patients who use transparent is faster than those use a cotton applicator in the same time, the number of colonies showedsignificance(P<0.05); the colony growth of patient using transparent waterproof plaster is fasterest between 3 to 7 days. Conclusion: in summer, it is better to use cotton plaster than using transparent waterproof plaster for the patients with absence of local skin allergy symptoms. If no symptoms occur, such as sticking off, wet permeability, pollution and local skin allergic reaction, there is no need to change medicine during 24 h. Patients using transparent waterproof plaster need to change medicine during 3 and 5 days, while the others need to change during 5 and 7 days. And patients with gastric cancer need to change about 5 days, and the time for perforation were set to 3 days.
