The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Electro-acupuncture At Cervical Jiajipoint In Treatment Of Hyperactivity Cervical Vertigo

Objective:To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point in treatment of Cervical vertigo(CV). Evaluating the curative effect of electroacupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo mainly by electroacupuncting at cervical Jingjiaji points This could provide a objective theoretical basis and clinical demonstration for electroacupuncture at cervical jiajipoint treating of CV.Method:We selected 72 cases of CV according to the diagnostic criteria^ inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group uses electroacupuneture treatment in cerviacal Jingjiaji point as the therapy,, and control group uses electroaeupuncture treatment in Fengchi point(GB20) and Shuaigu (GB8) in addtion to other conventional acupuncture point as the therapy. Tow groups were treated once a day,10 times in a course. Before the treatment and After 2 courses, "dizziness symptom and functional assessment scale" and TCD examination were conducted to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood circulation speed in vertebral artery. The results were analysed by using the statistic metheds,which tested by Chi-square、T test and rank sum test. According to the comparison of the two groups interclass and intragroup, we could observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point in treatment of Cervical vertigoResult:1.Indexes of the two groups in the dizziness symptoms and (?) control group, there is statistical significance(p<0.03).2.indexes of the two groups in TCD cervical vertigo improvete,and treatment group is better than control group. There is statistical significance (p<0.05) 3.Cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group are better than the control group.There is statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point is better than Electroacupuncture at conventional acupuncture in improving patients’scores,blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar arter. Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point has the advantages of easy and safe operation Jess pain,economy,non-toxic side effects,provides a feasible method for the treatment of CV.
