Objective:This study aims at selecting risk factors significantly associated with the prognosis of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms by retrospectively evaluating the clinical diagnostic indicators and their postoperative outcome, so as to provide available clinical evidence on reducing the morbidity and morality rate after endovascular treatment. Methods:Retrospectively review and analysis the clinical characteristic age, gender, blood pressure, blood glucose, H-H and Fisher grade at admission, location, size and whether were wide-necked of the aneurysms et al) of patients with intracranial aneurysm after endovascular treatment in the department of neurosurgery of the first affiliated hospital of HeBei Medical University from January,2010 to December,2012 and their GOS three months after their discharge, approaching a conclusion that what the relationship is between the clinical characteristics of patients with aSAH and their outcome after interventional procedure by means of multivariate analysis and logistic regression using SPSS software version 19.Results:Comparing and reviewing the group with better outcome and the other with worse, which shows that there were obviously statistic difference in the history of diabetes mellitus, H-H & Fisher classification at admission, timing of surgery, as well as the location and size of the aneurysms between them, all of which were the factors affect prognosis of the patients with ruptured intracranial after endovascular therapy. Conclusion:Among all of our study population, Fisher scores, Hunt-Hess classification, history of diabetes mellitus, timing of the surgery, as well as location and seizures of aneurysms were the highly risk factors which affected the outcome of patients after their interventional treatment independently.
