Objective:To detect the expression of NPY and NT in preeclampsia patients in the trimester of pregnancy, and explore their relationship with preeclampsia.Investigate the predictive value of NPY and NT in preeclampsia.Methods:73 pregnant women were chosen to for the study from January 2014 to November 2014 checked in the city of Suzhou Xiangcheng People’s Hospital, all patients were enrolled in our clinic regular check-ups, and left early prenatal built card stored frozen plasma specimens. A total of 43 cases of preeclampsia, including 24 cases of mild patients and 19 cases of severe patients, respectively, 30 healthy pregnant women with earlier age, gestational age as as the mild and severe groups were bea control group.Collecting data of patients about pregnancy, radioimmunoassay were used to detect NT and NPY expression levels in pregnancy plasma, and correlation analysis of relevant clinical parameters.Results:1. The difference was not statistically significant in each group of pregnant women gestational age, gravidity, maternal ratio and body mass index(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the average systolic blood pressure, mean arterial diastolic pressure, 24-hour proteinuria, serum creatinine, ALT were significantly increased in mild preeclampsia group and severe group, whilethe prothrombin time than the normal pregnancy group lower, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The average systolic blood pressure, mean arterial diastolic pressure, 24-hour proteinuria in mild preeclampsia group were less than severe group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with the control group, NPY and NPY / NT expression levels increased, the expression of NT level reducing in mild preeclampsia group and severe group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); And between mild preeclampsia group and severe group, NPY and NT expression levels had no significant difference(P>0.05), a significant difference in NPY /NT expression levels(P <0.05).4. NPY, NT, NPY / NT ratios for predicting preeclampsia and pregnancy-induced hypertension, its AUC were 0.703,0.729,0.848.Conclusions:1. The plasma NPY levels in patients with mild preeclampsia group and severe group was significantly higher, NT levels were significantly lower,NPY / NT ratio was significantly increased.2. NPY, NT, NPY / NT ratio in plasma can be used to predict and diagnose preeclampsia, but the highest value diagnostic is NPY / NT ratio.
