Objective: To investigate the Xinjiang region polypoid lesions of the gallbladder(PLG) of surgery indications. Comparison of patients and Han in Xinjiang minority PLG PLG patients similarities and differences in clinical features, pathologic type and so on. Methods: the October 2012-2015 February laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in our hospital was diagnosed with gallbladder polyps in patients with 441 cases, including 331 cases of hospital treatment, 110 cases without surgery. PLG information on 331 cases of patients hospitalized has surgery were retrospectively analyzed data collected in general surgery patients with clinical symptoms of gallbladder polyps and histological type, size, etc.; 110 patients were followed without surgery patients, periodic review changes polyps, in order to explore the gallbladder polyp surgery indications. Meanwhile minority patients and Han patients compare the similarities and differences in the Xinjiang region in the sample of clinical manifestations, pathology and other aspects of polyps. Results: PLG patient gender, age(≥40, <40), polyp size(≥10mm, <10mm), the number of lesions(multiple, single), PLG base width(≥6mm, <6mm), whether or gallbladder stones X2 values were6.2,3.9,77.4,6.2,111.8,7.5,the P values were<0.05. Conclusions: Symptoms is a separate factor in determining surgical indications, there are symptoms that should surgery. Age ≥ 40 years old, single polyp diameter ≥10 mm, the polyp base width ≥6mm, recently increased significantly, polyp stone is cholecystectomy surgical indications. PLG Xinjiang region was getting younger and younger onset patients minority and Han PLG similar clinical characteristics of patients, histological type and so on.
