Analysis Of Risk Factors And Surgical Indications Of Gallbladder Polypoid Lesions

Objective:To summarize the ultrasound characteristics of all kinds of PLG pathological types,analysis the relationship among the characteristics of Color Doppler ultrasound imaging,clinical features and pathological types in gallbladder polypoid lesions PLG),determine the significant diagnostic index of neoplastic and non neoplastic in PLG in terms of age,gender,size,lesion number,echo intensity,symptomatic or absence of symptoms,with or without blood flow signals,whether or not combine with gallbladder stones,make further efforts to explore the surgical indications of PLG,reduce non-neoplastic cholecystectomy.Methods:Collect the clinical and pathological data of 93 PLG patients undergoing surgical treatment in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2010 to May2016,analysis retrospectively the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound,clinical features and pathological characteristics.Results:Non-neoplastic poly 81 cases(87.10%),chronic cholecystitis with cholesterol polyps(Or chronic cholecystitis with cholesterol deposit)53 cases(56.99%),neoplastic poly12cases(12.90%);There are significant differences in age,diameter,echo intensity and blood flow signal between neoplastic poly group and non neoplastic polyp group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Polyps with diameter greater than 1.0cm,age more than 55 years old,Color Doppler ultrasound returning low echo or uneven echo,with blood flow signal are the risk factors of PLG.All of the factors above should be the surgical indication of PLG.There is a certain correlation between the occurrence of polypoid lesions of gallbladder and adenomatous colorectal polyps.
