Research On Prediction And Diagnosis Of Deep Venous Thrombosis With Prediction Scoring System Combined The D-dimer And FDP

Objective:To study on Wells scoring system combine with D-dimer&FDP to increase the sensitivity diagnosis of post trauma. Methods:During February 2013 and February 2014,82 patients had been treated in Department of orthopedics trauma, and already ruled out patients with preoperative DVT patients with high risk factors and had DVT. In patients with posttraumatic 7 according to the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (Wells score) were scored and grouping. And 7th day after trauma venous blood sample collection for DVT markers, including D-dimer, FDP, FG, PT, APTT,CRP,ESR et al.In seventh days after trauma underwent color Doppler ultrasound detection of double lower limbs deep vein, and record the results. Finally, by the Wells scoring system and the related blood sample test get results for the initial diagnosis, combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the detection results of clinical research. Results:Logistic regression analysis shows that Wells score after grouping by using D-dimer and FDP as formed between laboratory test and DVT correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion:The result show that it has clinicl significance for the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after forecasting revenue and prevent deep venous thrombosis after trauma.
