Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Warming Yang Tong Bian Anagrapy Treatment With Functional Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Warming Yang Tongbian anagrapy in the treatment of functional constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency.Methods:Collected from March 2014 to October 2014 in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine clinic.The collected 32 patients with Functional Constipating of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency were received Warming Yang Tongbian anagrapy as the study group. The whole course was 4 weeks and the post-treatment follow-up would be in the next 1 month, and observe to the changes of the improvement of symptoms, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) after treatment observe the efficiency of study group. Fill in clinical case registration form in the process of 0,2,4 week, observe and record main symptoms, secondary symptoms, SAS and SDS, the change of the illness, after the study looked at were analyzed.By inputting the data into the software of SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:Clinical study in the treatment group to Warming Yang Tongbian anagrapy treatment of 32 cases of patients, compared and analyzed symptoms integral before and after treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01). Compared degree of main, secondary symptoms and signs, there existed significant differences after 0,2 and 4 week treatment (P<0.01),having statistical significance.Increasing the recovered in 15 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,4 cases effective,2 had no effect, total effective rate 93.75%. Stop follow-up 1 month after treatment, the treatment group,3 cases were recurrent,29 cases without recurrence, the recurrence rate 9.38%.Conclusion:The treatment of Warming yang Tong bian anagrapy with functional constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency in total efficiency, clinical symptom score, clinical efficiency and the recurrence rate is treatment of functional constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency safe and effective prescription.
